Confidentiality, security and care are important concepts in our company. Corporate social responsibility and good employment practices also mean that we handle personal data and privacy in accordance with the rules. You can read how we deal with this in this document. CONFIDENTIALITY
We are Ducore Stealth part of the Ducore Group. We work in accordance with privacy laws and regulations. We process your data confidentially, securely and carefully and we respect your rights. In order to achieve the purpose for which the personal data are processed, infringement of privacy is limited as much as possible. The infringement mustl not be disproportionate. The data will not be kept longer than necessary. We process personal data of, among others, our employees, our business relations and customers. In special cases we will request your (free, specific, informed and unambiguous) consent for the processing. Your consent is registered and stored. In principle, you can withdraw your consent.

STAFF
We keep the personal data of our employees in connection with the subjects below for as long as necessary, i.e. for the shortest possible period.

We keep the personal data of our relations and customers in connection with the subjects below for as long as necessary, i.e. for the shortest possible period. In some cases, statutory retention periods apply. For others we use internal guidelines:

If you participate in social media such as Facebook, Twitter, Yammer, Pinterest, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc., you should be familiar with the tools these sites provide for setting your preferences for sharing personal data through your social media profile(s). When we process personal data in this context, we are also bound by this privacy policy.

WHERE DOES DUCORE GROUP COLLECT THIS INFORMATION?

Ducore group collects personal data when you register with us or place an order in our sales system. If you sign up for the newsletter, your e-mail address and, if applicable, your name will be used for advertising purposes by Ducore group until you unsubscribe from the newsletter. You can unsubscribe at any time.

SAFETY
We make every effort to guarantee your privacy. Our employees have a duty of confidentiality and only need access to information for the performance of their duties. Our computer network and building are secured for this. If, despite our security measures, personal data is or may have come into the hands of third parties without access rights, we will immediately inform you, as well as the Dutch Data Protection Authority.

PROCESSING FOR AND BY THIRD PARTIES
We use the services of other companies. That is our responsibility. We concluded or will conclude processing agreements with these companies.

CAREFULNESS
If you want information about our processing of your personal data, we will only provide you with this information after positive identification. You then have the right to: – inspect the data we have recorded about you; – correction or deletion; – objection to certain applications. You can submit a request for inspection, correction, deletion or objection to administration@ducore.nl with a copy of your proof of identity. We will then respond within 2 weeks.
